Today we had our consulate appointment that ensures that the kids
will get their visas to go home plus become a US citizen once they reach us soil.
Yeah!! This afternoon mom and I went to Shamian Island with our group and
finished our shopping. Included in my findings is a large wooden picture
with 1 Corinthians 13:4 to 8 written in Chinese.
Tomorrow we will go to
the botanical gardens and then off to Hong Kong. Kaitlyn is not much of a
traveler so we have been hanging out at the hotel quite a bit...she is so much
happier here. :) Markers, play doh, wipeout tv show, and fast food have
kept her quite entertained. She also enjoys setting up her own wipeout with
pillows lining the floor and trying to walk on them.
A
few more days. Today we said goodbye to some of our friends. We’ll
see them again at home.
